Shipping Processing Time
- Quick Turnaround: Orders for pre-made mohair are processed within 1-2 business days.
- High Volume Periods: During busy times, please allow extra days for processing and delivery. We’ll notify you via email or phone if there’s a significant delay.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
- Authorization Required: Returns, refunds, or exchanges must be authorized on a case-by-case basis.
- Conditions: We do not accept returns on used gear. Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship, but this does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage from rodents, or sizing errors made by the customer.

Exchange Policy:
- If an exchange is authorized due to a sizing error, the item must be returned to us new and unused within 15 days.
- A 7% restocking fee will be applied, excluding original shipping costs and payment platform fees.
